                                   Sales Agreement for puppies 

This animal is guaranteed to be ingood health at time of sale. For the protection of the purchaser and seller, we require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterarian within 72hr of purchase. Failure to have the puppy examined within 72 hrs voids this warranty. Vaccinations given before the next due date voids this warranty. We are not responsible for any vet fees or medications.   '

If your puppy, in th opinion of yor veterinarian has any physical or health problems which makes it a poor health risk, we will provided you with a healthy replacement puppy. To qualify for repacement you must return the puppy alive to seller within 24 hr of vet examination. You must provide us with a signed statemen from you're vet showing the date of which the puppy was examined stating why the puppy is in poor health or a poor health risk. This statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting this opinion. Under no circumstances may the puppy be euthanized without prior written consent of seller. To do so cancels all warranties.

If you return the puppy, you must return any registration or applications to register delivered to you. You must sign any and all papers necessary to transfer ownership of puppy back to us.

We do not guarantee against condtions brought on by stress or enviromental changes or injury that we can not control once the puppy leaves our care. There for we do not guarantee against hpoglycemia,coccidi,parasites,viral or bacterial infections or genetic defects.

All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee is made as to size, color,quality,disposition, or fertility.

No other terms shall apply to thids warranty than those stated above. I have observed this puppy and agree that the puppy appears to be in good health at the time of purchase.
